Ask me what I’d want for my last meal and this would probably be my response. This little Hawaiian mom-and-pop restaurant located in Lubbock, Texas is probably my favorite restaurant on this planet. They’ve got the traditional Loco Moco, Katsu Chicken, and Spam Musubi, but my go-to is the Beef Stir Fry Noodles.
